Kultaseppä Kulmala’s jewellery has been stamped since 1998 with the letter combination PAK. Suomen Kultaseppien Liitto
The Finnish Goldsmiths' Association is an organisation for goldsmiths established in 1905. Its aim is to raise the professional skills of its members and look after their professional, financial and social interests. Moreover, the association organizes further training, sells service products for members and gives legal advice. The association has organized, amongst other things, yearly diamond-grading courses and seminars. The magazine of the association, Kello & Kulta (Watch & Gold), published together with the Finnish Watchmakers Association, is a high-quality magazine published six times a year. It concentrates extensively on development, education and history concerning the trade. -
Tukes
Tukes is the Finnish Government agency responsible for the surveillance of articles of precious metals in order to safeguard consumers’ economic interests and to promote fair competition between companies. Tukes participates in the preparation of legislation and other co-operation work both in Finland and abroad. Tukes also approves and registers responsibility, date, locality and assay office marks. The register for responsibility marks can also be found on Tukes’s website (in Finnish).
