Finnish Goldsmiths' Association
The Finnish Goldsmiths’ Association is a nationwide trade, advocacy and service organisation for the precious-metals sector. Its aim is to promote the operating conditions of the industry in every possible way. To support its work, the association provides information, marketing communications and continuing professional education. Together with the Finnish Watchmakers’ Association, it also publishes the professional journal Kello & Kulta. -
Hagelstam & Co
Hagelstam & Co, founded in 1979, is Finland’s oldest auction house entirely under Finnish ownership. Hagelstam & Co has premises on Tehtaankatu in Helsinki. Every year, the company handles more than 15,000 works of art and valuable objects. Auctions are held monthly, with continuously changing themes. -
Kalevala Koru
By manufacturing its jewellery in Finland, Kalevala Koru preserves and renews the traditions of jewellery design and goldsmithing while employing its own community of artists and craftspeople. Kalevala Koru also consistently strives to make its jewellery production environmentally responsible—for example, by conserving and recycling raw materials, keeping emissions negligible and maintaining high standards of raw-material and product safety. The website now also includes a catalogue of older Kalevala Koru jewellery. -
